"The room was clean, except for a peculiar odor coming from the rug. The shower pressure was just right, unlike our usual experience with weak water flow elsewhere. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the place was clean and conveniently located with ample parking in the parking garage. Love the self parking option. "

"We are from Upstate NY. My daughter and two grandsons had a wonderful day. I was very appreciative of it. They even expressed how great the breakfast was. The staff were so attentive to us and helpful. The services of Hskp and staff brought in extra things we needed without asking, which was nice. When we called for someone to solve a TV problem, they were quick to attend to our needs. Thank you, for your services. "

"This was my second time staying at Renaissance. I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, how quiet my floor was especially considering I was by the elevator. My bathroom ceiling started leaking and I called the front desk to report it. I got a little push back from the receptionist but someone came immediately and rectified the situation. I appreciated the letter which offered additional assistance. I’d definitely stay here again as it is in a convenient location for me and has a cute lounge area w good food, music and drinks! "
