「It's a very good place to stay and I have worked at a 5 star resort, so I know a great place to stay or live. Ms Carol and Ms Felicia Asst. Mgr. are great at what they do, they will make you feel as if you're at their home. The only reason I would rate this place a 4,9 🌟🌟🌟🌟 is that I found food inside the folds of the sofa, which isn't good. It will ruin the place fast. Other than that I'm planning my next trip as I write this review. We need more Waterwalk Extended Stay!」

「They have changed the name and upgraded the rooms recently. I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. The upgrade is nice. Our room was fresh and clean. The bathroom sink area was very nice and new. The staff here is consistantly friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.」

「Midtown was a fantastic stay. The price was affordable, and the staff was professional, welcoming, and accommodating. I recommend booking online for better rates. There are amenities nearby, including a Mexican lounge, Walmart, and Dollar Tree.」

「I stayed at the motel with a no smoking room. It was wonderful. I slept good. I did notice that the big mirror by the TV was smudged a bit. Also the walls had something on it which made it look not really clean. But other than that no complaints」

「Everything was lovely except the cigarette smokers somewhere near our condo made sitting on the patio difficult and cigarette smoke coming into the bedroom. I would definitely make this a smoke free property. 」
