「I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel in Milan. First, the room was advertised as having air conditioning, but when I checked in, it wasn’t working at all. Instead, there was only a fan. When I contacted reception, I received inconsistent explanations—first they said it couldn’t be fixed, then they claimed it was “by law” in Milan, and later they said they would try to help after a couple of days. 「It was good to stay at alessandro palace hostel. The staffs are helpful and kindly. They dont have kitchen here, but they allow you to go Alessandro downtown if you need to cook. the wifi not working very well.」
