Did early check with additional fees which was ok. Private Room was of decent size, clean but no charger switch near bed, there was just 1 in bedroom and another in bathroom. Breakfast NOT worth, just 2 types of bread, rolls, basic salad, 2 juices, and just uncut apple in the name of fruits. No self service kitchen. Few public transport options were available between 300-500 meters. Overall property was decent but other facilities were just okayish.

I would not recommend this hotel. The room was dirty upon arrival and was never cleaned during our entire stay — no cleaning services were provided at all. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and despite asking twice at reception for proper towels, we were only given small face towels. The staff claimed they don’t have body towels, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Overall, poor cleanliness, no basic amenities, no room cleaning, and unhelpful service — a terrible experience in Milan.

Wonderful breakfast choice, lovely shower, clean room but could do with updating. Friendly staff, convenient for San Siro Stadium as the metro is on the purple line.

Nice hotel convenient for the Hospital where I attended a meeting . Good access to metro as surrounding area on but not many restaurants

Lovely swimming pool

Great location for us with parking. Tram stop and metro right outside hotel. The pool was fabulous with sun loungers on a grassy area. Breakfast was included and was good but thought the food in the evenings not very good so chose to eat out after the first night.

it was a nice stay in overall.. we had what we needed and the staff were very nice.. the breakfast was nice , but very limited.. no many options .. I would wish for better more kind of cheese and yogurt , use more fresh fruits

Good value and location for getting into Milan on the Metro, area directly by the hotel not so nice and not much going on. Hotel rooms are nice and comfy so overall a good stay

A complete fiasco - Never again! It is surprising that such a hotel exists in a city like Milan. The receptionist was cold and indifferent at the entrance. When I asked for the wifi password, he refused to give me the password even though there were two different networks in the hotel. Although I repeatedly stated that I needed internet, she said "it was broken" without even looking at my face. It is not acceptable that the internet does not work in this age, but the real disgrace was in the room. The first thing I realised when I got to the room was how inadequate and poor quality the facilities were. There was only one socket - yes, in 2025, in Milan, in a room with only one socket! I had to take turns charging my electronic devices. The furnishings were beyond cheap: used, falling apart. The bathroom was another disaster. There was a strainer-like piece on the ceiling that I couldn't understand what it was for, and water was dripping from it every few seconds. The ceiling was literally leaking. It is not possible to talk about hygiene or safety in the face of such a view. Cleaning service? That's only on paper. I requested housekeeping in the morning. When I returned in the evening, no cleaning had been done in my room, only one or two towels were left on the floor in a hurry. The sheets were still crumpled, the bathroom was dirty as it was. But above all, the hotel's customer portfolio was really deplorable. There was shouting and laughter from the neighbouring rooms
