「I saw a lot of negative reviews and was pleasantly surprised at how erroneous they were. Everything was clean and orderly. The desk clerk was polite, albeit a little deficient in English and clearly overworked. The cleaning staff was top-notch. The bed was clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows. The only problem I noticed was a loose bathroom sink fixture. I reached underneath and tightened the bolt by hand. Problem solved. I have been to many interstate-adjacent hotels. This one rates...

「Friendly staff, made everything perfect. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, pool and hot tub was exceptional, towels stocked. Comfortable beds. I even asked for a bag forour wet pool items and they were happy to help. Lobby has coffee and tea available at all hours. 」

They do not work well and took forever. There were five people waiting to use the toasters. iIt was awkward having the safe in the bottom of the closet. My husband had to lay on the floor to use the safe.」

「Everything was fine except the door to the room, I forgot that you had to push hard to open it. We got it. It was very comfortable and pleasant. We enjoyed the self-use kitchen and facilities. The Keurig coffee machine may need a note to show the start button! Not self explanatory for me. The maintenance person helped. Got a good coffee. 」

「These cottages are on a golf course with lake views. You have to drive a golf cart from the club house to your cottage. Be prepared for weather or darkness as golf carts do not have headlights! Great cottages!」

「Keys did not work. Got locked out. Took over an hour to get unprofessional staff to help get into room. Staff swearing during conversations about hotel staff not responding. Rooms lack general maintenance. Left to another hotel. No policies and procedures exist when keys don’t work. Staff stated batteries in door lock needed to be changed. DO NOT STAY HERE!」
