First room had severe flooding. Roof leaking, ceiling falling in from rain, chairs and carpet soaked. Room key cards do not work. Some TLC.and updates are required at this hotel. Has potential but outdated and in need of repairs.

The room could use some sprucing up and a fresh coat of pain. There was a bucket in the hallway with ceiling tiles removed. Not sure what that was about. And unfortunately, the washing machine was out of order. Staff was friendly.

I was very upset that the pool wasn’t available. My wife and I traveled two hours for a night away because this hotel had everything we wanted (pool and hot tub in the room). If we knew the pool wasn’t available we would have canceled our trip. And to top it all off the room next to us had 4 kids having a birthday party loudly, waking up at 5am with the mother yelling. Not a good trip at all for my wife and I unfortunately, but at least the staff was nice though.

cela fait 2 fois en 6 mois que nous cancellons soit 1 journée ou tout le séjour le 26 mai, car pas de piscine et spa . Nous y sommes allée en nov 2024 et c'était le même problème ont nous remettais a chaque jour qu'elle serait prête, au bout de 3 jours toujours pas de piscine. le 26 mai 2025 a notre arrivé pas de piscine, je suis allée vérifier par moi même et c'était comme en nov 2024 il y a un sérieux problème. c'est dommage car j'aimais bien cet hotel bon emplacement etc ont verra pour l'avenir. Nous avions téléphoné avant de nous rendre en nov et ont ne nous a pas dit que la piscine et spa non fonctionnel. heureusement il y a des jeux pour les enfants cela a été quand même correct. Look, it's a Days Inn so my expectation wasn't high but I was surprised at the lack of breakfast outside eggs and sausage, and cold options, worn and old furniture, broken tile in the bathroom, lack of furniture in our king room. But I get that times are tough. I kind of drew the line when we the bottle of body wash was just about empty and there was none left for our second night. Can't really excuse that.

When we arrived for check in the room was not ready, and took 1hr 15 minutes before it was finally ready. The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, the rooms were not noise proof, and from the hallway you could literally hear other guest and then conversations 😮. The pool and game room were clean and enjoyable, but nothing special. The breakfast was underwhelming, it mainly consisted of bread products ( bread, muffin, bagel, etc) it was very limited with just bacon and sausage and there were no egg options, due to our family's dietary restrictions of beef and pork, we were forced to purchase breakfast at a nearby restaurant. However, the staff was very apologetic for this.

The Hotel in general just needs to be modernized a bit but the room were clean. Maybe new carpets and the gym needs air conditioning!!! It felt like a sauna. Also, for the pool there should be an adult swim from 7am to 8am. There were too many kids in the pool all day and I did not get a chance to go in once.
