「The room was very spacious and the staff is excellent. However, staying on the 3rd floor had trouble sleeping because we could hear the guests staying above on us on the 4th floor. Also, doesn't seem well maintained.. there were chips in the shelves, doors, walls.. the door stop that prevents the door from opening when unlocked was loose and coming off. Shower head didn't look clean. Even though it was spacious there wasn't enough furniture to keep all our things on.」

「Our first room smelled so badly of mildew that we asked to be moved. The next room smelled a little better but it was filthy. Paint was chipping everywhere, the tub had mold/dirt in the jets, and the side of the mattress was stained with what looked like blood (8”x8” area or so). The breakfast was mediocre and the eating area was filthy. Staff never asked how we felt about the new room, which was disappointing.」
