"Our brief stay at this hotel was overall, a good experience. Our room was ready when we arrived, and we were early. The first room we were assigned was right above the pool area and a bit too noisy for us. After speaking with the front desk, we were quickly given a new room which was much nicer. The rooms are dated but pretty clean and very quiet. Our bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We did not use the pool or any food services offered. We did stop by the tavern for a beverage and were treated nicely. The front deck helped us arrange for food delivery and they were very helpful and accommodating. We will stay here again when traveling in this area."

"The front desk staff was professional. My stay this month (August) was from Sunday - Thursday. On Monday housekeeping asked if I needed services. I told them I only needed the trash emptied and toilet paper. It was immediately taken care of. On Tuesday I requested housekeeping (at the front desk), My request was done in a timely manner. On Wednesday I requested (again at front desk) that my trash be emptied. Several hours later the trash was not taken care of. I ended up going to the front desk, trash in hand and was instructed to place it near the trash under the coffee station located in the lobby. My niece loved the pool/splash area, but hours were limited (9am-noon and 4pm-8pm). It was very convenient to have the Arcade and Perkins right there. You didn't even have to venture outside to enter."

"Justin our helpful and professional desk manager was lovely. He was a real problem solver and attentive when we called to sort out an issue with our room thermostat. He even tried to quiet a boisterous crowd that had taken over the lounge area making it difficult for other guests to sit and enjoy the space. The staff were excellent from the room service staff to the front desk and breakfast staff."
