"Staff knocked on my door at 8am and 10am to ask what time I will be leaving although their check out time clearly states 11am. This was very disturbing as we arrived late to the property. The front staff took their time and did not prioritize to check us in after we kept informing them of late arrival due to traffic and weather conditions. This is certainly one of the worst customer service hotels I have stayed at throughout the entire US. The building and room was fairly clean, allthough the staff's unprofessionalism will cause for me to never return."

"The continental breakfast is minimal, they have a nice waffle machine, apples, apple/orange juice, cereal, milk, packets of oatmeal, bagels, bread, coffee, little muffins, bagel slicer, toaster. They have jellies, cream cheese, little butter cups. The Staff is very nice, helpful, I appreciate that. I am someone on a budget, and this Motel is very nice, the rooms are clean, I don't have any issues, I would recommend ABVI for a comfortable place to stay. "

"This is the second time in a row where neither the pool or spa were useable. Much better attention needs to be given to trash and litter on the grounds. Honestly the rooms are getting very tired with unusable towel racks, TVs that sag and overall abuse of years old interiors."
