Étant une habituée des séjours de fin de semaine aux États-Unis, j'ai décidé de passer le week-end à Plattsburgh. J'ai réservé l'hôtel via Expédia où ils offrent une belle variété de qualité. Par contre, cet hôtel est plus que MÉDIOCRE!!! L'état des lieux est totalement défraîchi, il y avait une odeur terrible dans la chambre ainsi qu'un trou dans le tapis! La peinture arrachée, lumière qui ne fonctionne pas et le pire, PAS D'EAU CHAUDE! L'eau de la piscine était brouillée. Le bâtiment est situé à côté d'une compagnie d'excavation alors dans le gravier avec vue sur la machinerie! D'autres clients se plaignaient du manque d'eau chaude. Je ne suis pas restée à cet hôtel, je suis repartie de cet endroit!!! Je vais contacter Expédia pour les avertir des images trompeuses sur leur site.

Unfortunately I experienced a hot water issue similar to my stay at La Quinta in Plattsburgh NY.I checked in on aThursday after working a 14 hour day and went to shower , no hot water , called the front desk and explained the issue.The following day I went to the front desk and explained to a different front desk clerk the hot water issue and asked to be moved to another room that had hot water,clerk said they were fully booked and would see what he could do,Saturday the third day without hot water and no shower I was getting very annoyed,I then spoke with yet again a different clerk and also spoke with the manager and maintenance guy which again I was told they are working on it and that I could move to another room on Sunday. I had just worked 7 straight 14 hour days and my only day off I have to pack up and move to the other end of the building. I never once received a phone call from the manager or any other employees during the 3 days without hot water.i felt that management had very little concern and poor communication skills with its guests.Cleaning staff were great ! Unfortunately many guests smoke cigarettes and pot in the rooms.

The property needs an upgrade like a thousand and one percent. The pictures on the site is NOT the same property. The hallways are dark and scary. The carpet is dirty and the vents are full of backed up dust or mold. The area we were in was behind a factory and it smelled like cigarettes and weed in the hallway. I didn’t like that the doors to enter the inn is open no card key needed to enter so pretty much anyone could enter at anytime of the day and night so we got ice the second we got in to avoid coming out of our room. The rooms are outdated. Sheets and towels are dingy looking in color. There was a set of comforters in the hallway when we walked in at 7 PM and the same sheets were in the same spots in the hallway while we checked out at 11 AM. The only thing new was the mini fridge but even the heater made a clicking noise and there was plaster on the bathroom with a hole in the wall. The breakfast was the only good thing and the front desk staff were nice but that’s all. I think the people staying there were long term stayers they seem very comfortable and homie especially the ones that stared at us through there first floor window while we took our stuff out the car. I felt very uncomfortable like a horror movie. I tried to cancel my next day stay but it was to late. They charged a hold of $100 for property damage but the whole place was a dump so what was the point of the hold. I’m working this review after I got my deposit back just in case lol. I wouldn’t recommend

Absolutely nothing like the pictures. The pool area just looks old and moldy. And had a smell. Our room even had a smell. Nothing in our room was plugged in, like the room wasn’t used (probably why it smelled) The caulking on the tub looked almost moldy. The room itself looked clean. The location is weird, and terrible driveway/parking area.

Dirty shower with hair all over. Hair in the sheets. Door and bathroom doir looked like someone had damaged them and wasn't fixed. Room with dusty luckily we had lysol wipes. Didn't even bother either the free breakfast as we were concerned if the room was taken care of poorly how can we trust the food. Also why is the incidental $ more than the actual room cost.

My room had 5 dead cochroaches and 1 was alive. I don't usually like leaving bad reviews but finding those dead roaches on the carpet was a huge turn off. Hopefully they will exterminate since a roach infestation spreads like fire. Avoid at all cost! Unless you don't mind the roaches! I have pictures and videos for proof!

Staff is always nice.Rooms are always clean. Indoor pool is pleasantly heated. Overall a good experience.
