We stayed 2 nights and did not receive new towels or cleaning. We were in a block group and others did not as well. Hotel was understaffed. When I called to request towels we were told to come to the lobby. When I said we needed sheets for the pull out bed we were told to come to the lobby.
The room was dirty- pink mold in the bathroom and large stains on the carpet.
The air conditioning was inconsistent - either hot or freezing cold despite managing the thermostat.
Breakfast was mediocre. Pancake machine was broken both mornings. Only ice ir water to be had was in the third floor and 1 of the 2 days the ice maker was broken!
In a nutshell, no customer service and a two star hotel at best.
