「We loved our stay at PA. The swim-up bar was wonderful. The bartenders were very sweet and attentive. The staff as a whole was very nice. The only thing we didn't care for was the beach club. It was hard to get a seat on the beach, people were out there at the crack of dawn with their stuff on the beds.
Our room was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The grounds were fabulous! I had a massage at the spa and it was wonderful! We met a lot of wonderful people. We have been to Isla in the...

「The property is beautiful. The staff amazing. Food was delicious. Our issues with this stay were all our room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! If you have a bad back like I do, be warned. Our room fridge was never stocked the whole week we were there and when we tried to order items by room service, they never showed up. We travel to Mexico so twice a year. All though this was a nice trip, this particular resort will not make the repeat visit list.」
