「Great breakfast and excellent staff! The property was very clean!」

「This was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time! It was priced great, had way more room in the suite than many other hotels. The staff was very friendly helpful and got to my needs immediately. (Nothing was wrong, I just couldn’t figure out how to work the tv). But they sent someone to program it and make sure that both TVs worked before they left the room. The only complaint I have is that the key cards kept erasing so I had to go have it reprogrammed 4-5 times in the 2 days I was...

「Do not stay here. The property itself is extremely run down, and the rooms are beyond uncleanly. We were given dirty sheets, the room was unswept and not vaccummed (clumps of hair and dirt on the floor), and there were holes in the walls with toilet paper shoved into them. Save your money and stay somewhere else.」

「They were very rude to me as soon as I came in. Not to mention the room was very dirty hair in bed old sheets room smelled also towels were stained all over . I wouldn’t go back here」

「Great staff. Neat and clean. Had a little problem with a wet floor from the dehumidifier and the bathroom door needed some work. All in all I would definitely stay here again.」

「The Hotel smelled amazing and made you feel so comfortable. Parking was free and just a few steps away. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and fully stocked. Loved the bathroom products. We will definitely recommend others to stay here and if we travel that way again I will be staying there! Front desk was so kind and helpful- greatly personalities!」

「Due to a flight and a long drive from ORD, I arrived at the Carmel ESA around 3:40 AM. There was a phone at the door, so I picked it up and dialed 1 for check-in service. It was a pleasant experience—the ESA service lady came out and opened the door to assist with my check-in. Thank you, ESA!」

「We booked two nights, and didnt stay. There were bugs and what looked like pubic hair on the pillow cases. Then when we asked for a refund and the staff was very rude. Didnt get a full refund and was very unhappy with the whole process to say the least. 」

「I'm room kitchenet is cool, but zero utensils available. The FREE breakfast consisted of waffles, with no butter or Rice Krispies. There was no juice, no fruit, no bread, no protein. Shouldn't even be able to market it as a "breakfast" since it wasn't.」

「This hotel has been partially updated so sections are nice and some are a bit run down. The room was very nice (5/5), and the staff was very helpful. There is a terrible odor in the lobby and in the halls that just made the visit a little less enjoyable. Breakfast was good. Again, the staff was helpful down to the breakfast attendants. 」
