「The service clerk was very helpful and welcoming」

「Window shade needed attention. Bathtub had a high step in.」

「Good stay. Great staff.」

「Only a few choices in breakfast」

「They took my $200. deposit on a credit card and 8 days later it is still on my card. I should not have to chase them. Mastercard says I need to before asking to cancel it.」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」
