「第一次住民宿，整體來說很不錯 設備新，地點佳。離車站步行約10分鐘，民宿旁就有7-11. 但我們入住兩天，毛巾只有一天用。隔天沒有更換毛巾。所以毛巾第二天還是濕的。因為第一次住民宿，所以不太清楚是不是不需更換。但整體入住感覺不錯。」

「Hako Riero was wonderful. It was clean, stylish and very high tech. It had a 7 eleven in walking distance and very close to the Hakkne-Yumoto train station. I would absolutely stay here again. 」

「Very discreet and very quiet hotel (only 15 rooms). Room was big (good enough for three tatami with room to spare), has a small terrace with our own hot spring bath. It was a very relaxing experience soaking in the hot bath during the morning while enjoying the green mountain scenery. Location is a bit out of the way and up on a winding slope, but who cares, I didn’t feel the need to go out when I was there. 」

「木结构的日式酒店，服务很好，还有私汤可以泡，泡之前把使用中的牌子放门口关上门就行。从箱根汤本坐登山电车一站到塔之泽下，走山间小路下来就行，过马路要注意。」

「It’s a wonderful hotel with spacious rooms. The traditional dinner was splendid while the breakfast buffet offers a great variety of food with some uncommon delicacies. The environment is also comfy with great views. It’s just that not so convenient in terms of its location. Takes a 10-min slightly uphill walk from the train station. Can be tiring in summer. However, shuttle bus service can be arranged in fact. Can ask for help with the arrangement at the information center on the ground floor...

「服務人員都很親切，衛生管理也做得很齊全，交通方面因為疫情關係，暫時只有根府川的接駁車，比較有一點點的不方便，不然飯店接駁很方便。 房間因為當天下大雨颳風，所以邊角的房間的外面水管聲音比較吵，之後加價換了另一種房型就安靜了，希望之後邊角房間方面可以改善聲音問題。 床睡起來很舒服，但枕頭有點薄，比較可惜。 服務親切而且溫泉真的很舒服，之後有機會會想再次入住。」
