"This ryokan is ok. I did not appreciate being on the 3 floor with the stairs with our luggage. Elevator stops at the second floor. The food experience was nice but I will not do it again. The red carpet needs to be updated. One thing is very amazing is the staff is absolutely wonderfully nice. Thank you"
