"I drove up to the driveway ... and there was no bellboy at the lobby to help with luggages. Everything has to be DIY; even the check-in procedures are supposed to be done DIY via iPAD. No one to help with bringing your luggages to your room as well. Everything was pretty basic. Cleanliness is acceptable."
