Small, personal hotel very close to the moving bridge. Excellent location and beautifully presented hotel. Quality Japanese dinner and breakfast. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
It’s convenient to different tourists spots by land and water transportation.
The hotel is in a perfect setting to enjoy Amanohashidate with a temple only meters from the property and adjacent to and overlooking the famous swing bridge that leads onto the famous stretch of land. The staff were very kind and helpful and the food was outstanding. Highly recommended.
Lovely decorated ryokan, but no lift to the rooms. Rooms were very nicely equipped even though it was not large. My room windows faced the river with the “rotating” bridge over the river to Amanohashidate, the view was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great, next to the area’s main attraction. Some shopping on the road leading to ryokan, the Kaiseki meals were well presented. Delicious meal even with the ingredients not top grade.
Lovely old ryokan by the river overlooking the turning bridge and the start of the Amanohasidate trail, right besides the Choin-ji. Staff who spoke little English were fabulous. The onside Onsen is small but nice. Room had minimal facilities but decent size. The half board breakfast and kaiseki dinners were high quality. Recommended.
