"The hotel is pretty decent and close to Tottori Station as well as local buses to tourism sites and the famous Tottori Sand Dunes. It offers a nice selection for breakfast that can fill you up to last the day. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The attendants are very warm and welcoming to the guests. I had a very nice stay. "I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Kinosaki Onsen. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond—truly some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced. Every interaction felt genuine, attentive, and thoughtful. The food was outstanding. Both dinner and breakfast were beautifully presented and full of flavor, easily one of the highlights of the stay. You can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly designed in a traditional style, which really added to the overall experience. Everything was spotless and well-prepared. The property itself is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, well-maintained, and perfectly in tune with the atmosphere of Kinosaki Onsen."
