"The onsen itself was really nice but the property was a bit outdated. There are no showers in the rooms "

"大浴場に行くのに階段を使わないと行けないのが高齢者にはきついです。エスカレーターの設置または昇降機があれば良いのですが。"

"Beautiful property with excellent facilities!"

"New decorated with good design and very spacious. Good food and good service in reasonable rice. Except the onset is a bit small and no outdoor."

"Wonderful hotel. Each room had the perfect amount of amenities and space. Really appreciated the free drink on arrival, and the breakfast was excellent."

"Spacious room, even though I don’t speak Japanese that well the staff were very helpful!"

"Excellent rooms, staff and food. Will come back soon"

"The western room was large & spacious, however the decor and amenities are quite dated (tv, towels, etc.). Nonetheless we did have everything we needed during our stay. "Clean, quiet hotel. The most comfortable beds we have slept in during our trip "

"Loved our stay. The staff were super helpful and even helped put on our special yukatas they provided for pictures. The private onsens were spectacular and the beds were super comfy."

"Amazing room, with beautiful views with easy bus rides to kinosaki . Its a must 💕"

"Amazing stay, incredibly helpful staff that can’t do enough for you, lovely private Onsen in the hills. Must visit if in the area"

"Had a really lovely stay here. Very friendly and attentive staff, comfortable futon bed, traditional tatami room. The meals were incredible, very authentic delicious seafood and shabu shabu."

"All the staff that attended us during our stay were wonderful, the food was delicious, the Honakan’ garden was beautiful and the onsen was enjoyable."

"Fantastic hotel. Prime location, beautiful outlook onto the river and mountain behind. Beautiful interiors and rooms. Fantastic restaurant - we enjoyed breakfast and dinner and an evening drink up there. Kinosaki onsen itself is lovely we visited 3 onsen with the pass that they provided us. Highly recommend a 2 night stay. Easy train tourney from Osaka."
