近火車站一出商店街直行路口，第一條橋右手邊就到對面有超市，晚上氣氛很好隔離就是其中一個溫泉，非常方便。房間舒適乾淨

かねてより行きたかった城崎温泉でしたが、お世話になったいちだやさんはこぢんまりとした宿でスタッフの対応も素晴らしく夕食、朝食とも大半満足できる内容でした♪ お風呂も貸し切りなので気兼ねなく気持ちよく温泉を堪能させて頂きました！！ 又行きたい宿でした！！

Wonderful stay! The room was huge and our view was right to the river it was like a fairytale. The breakfast was also super delicious and lots of food. They come in and set the tatami beds for you and break them down as well. Staff were incredible and their onsen were so relaxing. You get a pass for the 7 big town onsen as well as free entry to both of the hotel’s private ones. We would definitely come back again!

Our stay here was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail. Their hospitality truly elevated the entire experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, offering the perfect place to relax after exploring Kinosaki Onsen. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from the famous bathhouses, restaurants, and the charming canal, making it incredibly easy to enjoy everything this wonderful town has to offer. One of our favorite parts of the stay was being able to immerse ourselves in the unique atmosphere of Kinosaki while returning each evening to such a peaceful and comfortable hotel. Every interaction with the staff reflected the warmth and care for which Japan is known. If you’re planning a visit to Kinosaki Onsen, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. It combines outstanding service, comfort, and an ideal location to create a truly unforgettable experience. We would gladly stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful town.

The room was spacious but placement of putting the luggage’s was difficult because of the design of the room. Staff was nice enough to send a message that I had left my phone charger and was kind enough to send it to my next hotel in Osaka, of course with a small fee. The onsen in the hotel was nice that I could use it for myself for 45 min. The pass from the hotel allowed us to use other nearby onsens as well.

Our stay in Kinosaki Onsen was a highlight of our trip to Japan. As a family of five, we found the experience both relaxing and memorable. The traditional tatami room was beautifully maintained and offered an authentic sense of Japanese living, while the service throughout our stay was exceptional. What truly set it apart was the ability to stroll through the town in traditional attire, visiting the seven different onsens. It created a unique and immersive experience that our children especially enjoyed. A charming, intimate destination that captures the essence of traditional Japan. Highly recommended.

Good spot if visiting this cute onsen town, very friendly and accommodating staff. For the price I’d recommend looking at other places as we stayed one night at another family run inn which gave us the complete experience package for not much more, but still recommended.

客室など館内すごく綺麗でした。大雪でしたが、長靴を貸してくださって外を歩くことができました。夕食、朝食どちらもすごく美味しかったです。ただ、お祝い事でホールケーキをお願いしたところ、ケーキボックスに入った状態で出てきたので、お皿に乗せて出してほしかったです。

Hotel location was at crossroads of two main streets with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. It was also a short walk from the train station and the public Onsens. Lastly the property has two private Onsens which could be reserved. Our stay was very relaxing.
