Beautiful place to stay for a road trip around the hot spring area. Everything is clean and nicely furnished with all the facilities you would need for your stay. The manager has been super helpful and friendly ( and made us breakfast too!) Very comfortable stay (in a gorgeous quadruple room with a little garden inside) and definitely would love to stay here again when visiting this area in the future.

Highlight of our trip to Japan!

This was the highlight of our trip to Japan! The hotel is stunning. The manager went above & beyond on multiple occasions, personally escorting us to restaurants around the town and even helping us book bus tickets to get back to Tokyo! The rooms are spacious, clean & beautiful. They had great amenities including a Dyson hairdryer & free laundry which was a lifesaver for us! The breakfast was delicious as well. We loved it here and can't wait to come back!

Very relaxing family stay

Wonderful hotel, very knowledgeable and helpful staff, delicious Japanese style breakfast, very relaxing and beautiful. We especially enjoyed the beautiful private outdoor onsen. Kotaro-San was very helpful with recommendations of local activities and places to visit and made our stay very enjoyable. His English is excellent as well. Free parking and laundry were a huge plus. Our kids enjoyed the kids zone, complimentary games, popcorn and drinks. The room is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable with a soft and a hard pillow, whichever you prefer. The greenery decorations are gorgeous, furniture is beautiful, especially the downstairs tables made of monkey pod wood and it smells amazing too.

子供連れにはオススメです

入ってすぐソファと食事スペースが目に飛び込んできました。ここが裏口かな？と思うところが入り口でした。 比較的新しいホテルのようで、昔ながらの旅館と比べるとややアメリカンな雰囲気が漂っています。 エレベーターはなく、階段の上り下りが必要です。 部屋はかなり広めでゆとりあり。夏の終わり頃に伺ったのですが入り口と部屋の中で蚊に刺されました。 ベビーとともに宿泊予定とお伝えしたところ、公式HPにもあるようなベビー・キッズ対応をしていただけました。 チェックイン時の専用ページでお風呂の開きが確認できるようになっています。満室だったようですがちょっと時間が遅ければ入りたいお風呂にも入れました。 スタッフとのやりとりは電話か一方通行のメッセージの送信でした。サービスはかなり迅速に対応していただけます。食事中にも気配りがかなり行き届いていました。 食事は回転性で、チェックインの時間が遅くなったので食事の時間は２０時と言われていましたが、片付けに時間がかかったのか結局呼ばれたのは２０時４５分ぐらいでおなかがペコペコになりました。 ほかにも赤ちゃん連れの宿泊客が多く、大浴場にはベビーベッドがあり、浴場にはベビーソープも完備していました。さすがウェルカムベビーの宿だと思いました。 露天風呂は景色は良さそうだったけど浴槽自体は２人ではいるのには少し狭いかなと思いました。 作務衣のような寝間着があり、自分でサイズを選ぶ必要があります。自分の身長に合うサイズの寝間着が残っていなかったので少し小さめのものを選びました。（言ったらもらえたのかもしれないけど眠たすぎて思いつかなかった）

庭園付露天風呂は景観と素晴らしい温泉にとても癒されました。それ以外の貸切温泉もとてもゆっくりでき、大変満足でした。 夕食もひと手間かけた料理がどれも美味しく、但馬牛のすき焼きはボリュームも満点、お肉もお野菜も本当に美味しかったです。 スマホチェックインに少し手間取りましたが、滞在中は不自由はありませんでした。女将さんが色々気遣ってくれ、本当に癒されました。またゆっくり温泉を楽しみに訪れたいです。

出来て間がないのもあると思いますが、非常に綺麗で清潔感がありました。食事もおいしく、程よい量とサービスも間を置かず、楽しく頂けました。何より、温泉が3つあり、それぞれ家族で貸し切りながら入れるのは、小さな子供連れには、この上なく、落ち着ける感じです。 中でも、露天風呂が1つあり、床を畳敷にしているのは、滑らず、湯ざましに座りながらくつろげ、最高のひと時を過ごせました。 スタッフも明るく、親しみやすい接客で気持ちのいい旅行が楽しめました。

古くからのいわゆる温泉街にあって、新しい感覚でリノベしたと思われホテル。 ツアー団体客狙いの大型観光ホテルでもなく、高級和風旅館でもない、和風のテイストを入れつた洋風ホテル。 トライは面白いが内装等がエアコンのおさまりや部屋の床材など中途半端なインテリア、料理は美味しかったし、貸切となる温泉もよかったので、宿泊費にてらすともう少しディテールまでこだわって欲しい。

心を込めて経営しているホテル

ものすごくいい印象が残ったホテルでした。部屋は広く、貸し切りの露天風呂もありましたが、料金は全然高くありませんでした。そして、朝食はこれまで泊まったホテルとは違って、心を込めて美味しく作っていただいた健康食でした。特に手作りの小豆ジャムは大好物でした！ぜひ親戚や友達にも紹介したいと思います。
