「Amazing value for money! We had a beautiful and very spacious room with a little area outside for seating. Extremely clean. One of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve had. Staff were all lovely. Showed us to our room upon check in. Breakfast was also the best we’ve had. A full English along with a wide range of teas and coffees, juices, cereals and pastries included in the price. We’ve already booked our next stay and will also be back just for the breakfast alone. 」

「Lovely, spacious, well-designed and clean bedroom and bathroom. The hotel is in an excellent location in Henley and has lots of charm. The staff are very friendly, courteous and professional. A special mention for the Receptionist who checked me in on Sunday 18 January 2026. She was very welcoming and carried my bag to my room.」

「I had a wonderful stay at the Bull. The place itself is beautiful and the meals were delicious. The staff were so welcoming and friendly as well. Everything was absolutely perfect. Would be delighted to stay there again when I’m in the area. 」

「We stayed at The Olde Bell for one night and we were very kindly given an upgrade to a gorgeous luxury room overlooking the lovely garden. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated with a free standing bath in the room as well as a large walk in shower in the bathroom. The staff were all very friendly, dinner was good and breakfast was fantastic. This is also such a good value historical hotel in a gorgeous village. We will definitely be back - this is our second stay. 」

「The service we received was exceptional. Casper went out of his way to help us to move rooms so that Mum could have a more accessible bathroom. He was polite and professional and we really appreciated his help. All staff were friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 」

「For the cost this is an excellent motel. At £35/night for a single room it is a third of the cost of other budget hotels in this area. Ok so its not the Ritz but its also priced realisticallyfor what it offers. 」

Top notch leisure facilities (could add poolside plant life and steam room scent maybe), gym full of new tech & choices with river view window. There was even a gym ball and mat in my club room. All staff helpful and prompt. I've stayed at other village hotels, this one was the best」

「The room and bathroom were excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. However my daughters missed 2 nights sleep in Rm.8 because of the band and drums until 3am! We had travelled from Canada to be with family so their exhaustion was so disappointing. 」
