「This Hotel has always been and will always be my favourite as I got married here. I have returned several times now however despite loving the new colour scheme since the upgrade, I didn’t sleep at all well. From 6.00am the hotel corridor near my door was so noisy and we were woken at 5.30 am to constant noise until 8.00am. We came here for my partners birthday so I was really quite disappointed this time. 」

「Well located accomodation in the centre of Henley. Whilst no parking there are overnight options available for free between 1800-0800. Accommodation was very good, very clean and well provisioned. Bed was very comfortable and that’s always a bonus. 」

「Check in time located in the cafe, time is limited, except inform hotel by phone. Provide free wifi. Breakfast included. No hairdryer in the room. No lift, you have to lift luggage by yourself to the second floor. Double bed for singe for single room, large for one person.」

「My first impressions were very positive as the hotel is in a great location in Maidenhead and only a short walk to a variety of restaurants and eateries both chain and independent. The parking area is quite extensive allowing more than enough room for hotel and restaurant guests. 「Room very cold, no staff on site overnight, no food available (breakfast or dinner) we only stayed one night instead of two. The email received prior to arriving stated that breakfast and dinner would be available, staff dismissive regarding no food situation.」

「It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy.
