「Friendly staff and easy check-in. They gave me a little snack bag and a couple bottles of water which was very nice. The room was clean, quiet and safe. It had everything I needed for a great stay. One suggestion for a future upgrade would be to have a/c units that you can set at a certain temp. I had to get up a couple times at night to turn the a/c up or down. It did work great though and cooled the room down fast. I’ll definitely be staying here again! 」

「The Lowell Inn was lovely. Old school glamour. Lots of mirrors in our room. We had a view of the river off the distance (room 333). We had a murphy bed and all beds were comfy. Only downside was there were no hangars in the room. 」

「The free breakfast was very bad, there was actually moldy bread, very empty at all times and the breakfast area was not busy with others. Rented a roll away bed and could not sleep on it because the mattress was so bad that it was like sleeping with no mattress. Otherwise, everything else had no complaints to it 」
