Perfect location for walking and relaxing. Found some beautiful waterfalls. Loved the old doors that led into our rooms. The full English breakfast was great.

Lovely stay in an even lovelier setting. Conveniently located in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. We arrived not knowing that this little village was used as the setting of the current “All Creatures Great and Small” television series but we can see why the producers selected the location.
As for the B&B, the room had the most comfortable bed we had ever experienced, a modern bathroom, and two of the friendliest hosts you will ever meet. My wife always had their full Yorkshire...

We were just in town for the night, but we adored this quaint inn and town. The room was modern, comfortable, and had everything you would need. The traditional breakfast (plus so many other options) was delicious with a great variety. We also ate dinner in the Red Dragon Pub the night before and were impressed by the service, food, and atmosphere. Come for the town and the Red Dragon Inn!

It’s important to note that there is actually no
One to help on property. It’s a secured entrance with keypad and a 24 hour phone service to help if needed. We did not find that to be an issue. The rooms were clean and roomy, and amenities in room were very nice (iron, refrigerator, hair dryer). Location to the city square was absolutely perfect! Literally a 3 minutes walk. We will return to this hotel and definitely stay longer! 2 thumbs up!!

The Craven Arms is the most welcoming, amazing pub we've been lucky to visit in the UK. The stories about the owners and the pub are amazing. The regulars were super welcoming and happy to share a few pints and swap stories. The food is excellent and services is great!
And then there are the shepherd huts, so cozy, I only wished I stayed longer. I'll certainly be back!
