Fantastic location right in the heart of Grassington — quiet, warm, and wonderfully cosy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s an easy stroll to the Yorkshire Dales Visitor Centre, and there’s a beautiful 4.5‑mile loop walk along the river that brings you back through Grass Wood Nature Reserve. It’s also a perfect base for exploring the wider Dales, with Aysgarth Falls, Hawes, the Ribblehead Viaduct and more all within easy reach. We'll definitely be booking Grassington Lodge again on our next visit.

Lovely views and convenient location. Housekeeping was done in a rush. Hair and bugs in bed, used shampoo in the shower… Messed up heating settings due to which the room was cold in the evening (though a small electric heater was provided, it saved the situation).

Beautiful place to stay and a great location! We paid in advance and they requested payment a second time. But once I informed the host we already paid they were quick to remedy the situation. Overall we were quite happy with the accommodation and would come again!

A good stay

Check in was not too good. The key had been locked in the room! Matter was soon resolved. The location is good being close to the centre but not so close as to be a nuisance. Overall a good stay.

Greta value for money, clean and close to the centre of town. Looks a bit tired but very comfortable bed, shower was pretty good and the curtains kept all the light out so had a good nights sleep
