"The benefits were great. The facility has some of the best ocean facing rooms. We had an issue with the original room but after we reported noise, the staff (Sally) went above and beyond to resolve our issue. We were assigned to one of the best rooms at the resort. The V47 lounge benefits really met all our food needs. We had breakfast and evening snacks. Along with the $50 credit a day covered most food needs. Overall the best stay at Hawai’i!"

"We had such a wonderful time while staying here. Location is 10 out of 10. You do not need a car ;restaurants, shopping and public transportation are within walking distance). Tisha was so pleasant to interact with and incredibly professional. This is a busy season and the front desk was super busy at all times.
