Rebecca was an amazing hostess and chef. This a beautiful place to stay and is decorated impeccably inside . A wonderful bedroom and bed was perfect along with the breakfast the next morning . Close to everything on Highway 11.

A perfect start to our Hawaii trip! After a long day of travel from the mainland, we arrived at Kona Palace and were warmly greeted by Rebecca. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. After a good night's sleep, we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast served on the lanai with amazingly beautiful views. Rebecca provided fresh fruit from her property (including fresh-squeezed orange juice), homemade granola, eggs, taro rolls, and more. After breakfast, coffee, and good conversation, we were on our way, but I would have loved to have stayed here longer. 5 stars!

Very nice place to stay. We have never been to Hawaii before and this was our first trip there. Room was extremely comfortable, breakfast was amazing. Host was very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here. The view is impeccable, it is a bit a way from everything but so worth it. I will definitely stay here again.

Bed and breakfast home was beautifully furnished. Room was comfortable; private bathroom updated and very clean. Host very friendly and accommodated us with early breakfast. No parking fee, but driveway very steep so not for faint of heart.

Our hosts were great! Rebecca and Keith were friendly and helpful, offering many insights on the area we stayed in, in terms of places to eat and some local history, as well. Rebecca made some wonderful and healthy breakfasts, using local ingredients (beautiful fruits!) and offering choices of meat or plant-based main items. We were their only guests at the time, so we enjoyed quiet and peaceful evenings there. The view off the deck and lanai is phenomenal, with a full 180 degree view of the ocean below. The host was very good. She ensured that we made it to the property despite the many hiccups we had encountered. Also really enjoyed the breakfast that was cooked, it was very good whilst being healthy. Only downside was just the directions to getting to the property. She explained in a decent amount of detail on how to find property but since I arrived and it was dark it made it difficult visually so maybe an update to the directions for those who arrive late, and so that directions are fitting for all car types since my rental was low it caused a slight issue at first and I had to call her in order to get guidance. She answered immediately and helped navigate that situation very quickly. All in all I would stay here again.

Great location! Close to the best snorkeling places. My favorite was Two Steps beach 10-15 mins drive from the property. Can highly recommend morning hours snorkeling there. Fantastic view of the captain Cook bay from the property.
