"We’ve been to several all-inclusive resorts and this was the worst by far in terms of food and service. Servers had little focus on doing anything other than clear tables and it was very frustrating as the week progressed. Food was not good and we typically are easy going with what we eat. The food options were not labeled, luckily we don’t have food allergies, but I can’t imagine navigating the options with certain restrictions. We all also ended up with stomach issues and don’t typically have that happen when traveling. That said, the stretch of beach the resort sits on is amazing and the water turquoise blue. The room we had was oceanfront with incredible views and the maid staff was absolutely wonderful. "

"Beautiful property, well maintained! Friendly, hardworking staff. Excellent food, although very hard to get into the restaurants as opposed to the buffet. Small gym for those who want a workout. Highly recommend this hotel! My only complaint was misrepresentation of the snorkeling excursion. It was $80-$100 per person and advertised calm water. It was very choppy, almost scary and we saw very little- even got seasick. Total waste of $$, nothing like the pictures. "

"The Hard Rock was phenomenal! We traveled with 6 kids, 2 teenagers and 4 younger kids and there was something for everyone. There were food trucks with chicken tenders and fries everywhere, evening snacks with waffles, crepes, churros every night. The resort was so massive we probably only saw half of it. We saw 2 evening shows, 1 was supposed to be Dominican but ended up just being karaoke that was lame. The next night was a Beyonce show and WOW, it was so good! There were shuttles all over so no need to rent a golf cart. "

"Decent at best. The drinks were 3/5. Room cleanliness 3/5 (furniture was dated). The staff ok. I’ve had better. There’s nothing impressive about this resort. We wouldn’t stay here again. They have “the over priced, privileged amenities”. If you don’t pay for it the staff treatment is 3/5. The restaurants require RSVP food was good at the Japanese and steak restaurants. Pool average. This is not a luxurious resort. Very mediocre. We met great people and made the best of our four day stay. "

"I’ve had better experiences at other resorts, and this is not a place I would personally choose again. I visited to celebrate a friend, as this was her preferred destination. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet expectations. The room was not cleaned daily and was not consistently restocked. There was no concierge available, which made it difficult to get assistance when needed. Additionally, several scheduled events either did not take place or were moved without clear communication. When we asked staff for guidance, not all were knowledgeable or able to provide accurate information. Overall, the experience lacked the level of service and organization I expect when staying at a resort."

"It was a good stay, fairly clean, reasonably good food, great staff, the beach was good for walking with a very active ocean. We had a great 10 day stay."
