"We arrived later in the evening and the night receptionist Uriel was very delightful and helpful. He got us settled in very quickly and was always helpful - as were the other desk receptionists. The rooms were nicely appointed, great comfortable beds, very clean. My traveling companion loved the architecture of the building and rooms (I don't notice these things). There is also a small cafe attached to the atrium of the hotel - we ate there a few times and enjoyed it. The location couldn't be better. We went out every night to find a great place to eat and it never failed. We loved staying in Condesa - very quiet, tranquil, leafy streets. Highly recommended!"

La ubicación en la Condesa es perfecta para recorrer caminando cafés, restaurantes y parques, y el departamento era moderno, impecable, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para una estancia maravillosa. Lo mejor de todo fue la atención de Wendy. Desde antes de nuestra llegada fue increíblemente amable, atenta y siempre disponible para ayudarnos. Además, nos sorprendió con un hermoso detalle de bienvenida para mi hija, quien está estudiando en la Ciudad de México: flores, vino, chocolates y una nota escrita a mano. Fue un gesto muy especial que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Sin duda volveremos y recomendamos ULIV Parque México a cualquiera que visite CDMX."
