"Everything about this hotel is adorable and amazing. The decor is amazing, beds and linens very comfortable, very very adorable. However, we stayed in the Aguacate room and it is next to the entrance. When we realized this during check in - we asked to be changed rooms and they didn’t allow us, even if there was several rooms open at the same rate. This is my one and only thing and that maybe in the description the should list this? Other than that 10/10- great value at a great hotel."

"Excellent property in a really nice location with great access to what the city has to offer. The restaurants in the hotel were very good, and there are plenty of options within walking distance if you want to try something different. Don't miss the food at the Cabuya rooftop restaurant. The rooms were very well appointed and we go fantastic and friendly service. I would definitely return if I were to make another trip to CDMX. Thank you to Andaz for a memorable stay!"
