「Staff were really lovely and helpful. Room was very clean and quiet, and the hotel was perfectly situated in the centre of Hexham. The only issues were the very few parking spaces available, and the fact we could only park for up to 2hrs with a permit during the day, if there wasn’t any space in the tiny car park. But we loved the hotel itself and would recommend. 」

We were checked in by a lovely young man who also served us our food, he was very attentive and even brought us extra sides for our burgers. 「The room was excellent, bed was so comfortable that we slept in on our 1st night, leaving only 1 and a half hours to get ready for a wedding we were going to. The bathroom was lovely, a large shower with rainfall head. Very deep bath that we used on 2nd day. A great menu and restaurants to choose from.
