"My overall experience was nice. However, thete were ants on my bathroom and staffing said there was nothing they could do aince maintenance was no longer on duty. I was offered another room, however, i was told by other members on the floor that they too had ants. So i figured what was the point. I wasnt offered a discount , so i had to live in a room with an ant farm"

"The room was dated and the furniture was in poor condition. I paid more to stay at this hotel than a best western delta inn and the quality was sad. "

"The hot tub is broken but the staff say the heated pool makes up for it. The delux room didn’t feel delux as its basic and same as a standard room is. The room was slightly dusty and bathroom counter still looked like someone shaved there at one time. Had to argue with staff about breakfast times as their pamphlets in the room says till 10 o clock but the staff thought it ended at 9. THE STAFF DIDNT KNOW THEIR PAMPHLETS IN EVERY ROOM SAID 10. "

"I booked this place for my wife and daughter who was in town for a soccer tournament. I was unable to join them, but my wife said it was "scary" when she checked in that night, but saw thought the place was fine in the light of day. She tends to spook easy, so I'm not sure what to make of it."

"Friendly staff and helpful. Tv was kinda aggravating some of the channels had picture but no sound, a lot had sound but no picture. Needed more towels for a room that slept 6, only had 3 towels "

"The rooms were quaint but the entire stay was amazing simply because thev checkin and desk help by Amanda was so refreshing after a long drive. She smiled and was pleasent (and funny) from the first step in the door through the last step out the door. Amanda is the reason I would come back next time."

"The couple in the room next to us were yelling since the time of my arrival till 3am. They would yell in the hall and in the room - it was horrific"
