"Liked having a kitchen, and patio for breakfast. Mostly clean, had to fix the freezer ourselves and some sand we found in the kitchen. The pools were nice and walkways friendly staff although there was some confusion about a "gift" they wanted to give us. Seems like more of a trade of our time then a gift. On premise restaurant and gym were disappointing. Price fit what we received."

"Parking isn’t that great. I left for dinner and when I came back there was no parking. Paid for a pass I didn’t even use. Other than that, it was a clean and convenient place to stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village. We stayed on the 8th floor of the Ocean Tower, and our room had a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. The view was honestly one of our favorite parts of the stay, especially in the mornings. The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and well-maintained. It was a great place to stay and enjoy the scenery while also having a convenient location to explore the Big Island. One thing I would recommend is adding breakfast when you make your booking if you plan on eating there. We added it after we arrived, and it was $10 more, so it’s better to include it ahead of time. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely come back!"
