"The staff were all very kind and helpful. The room was sub par. They obviously spend their time and effort on the lobby. In our room, the curtains would not close letting light in all night. Bathroom faucet damaged, handles just spun around, shower bar broken letting water out on floor, shower drained so slow I was standing in ankle deep water by the end of my shower, moldy substance on the floor around sink and shower, toilet is tiny and sits so close to the floor I heard my knees crack when I sat on it, I’m not an Oompa Loompa, spring for a higher toilet, some of us are old! There is no fan in the bathroom, so it fogs up like the Amazon rainforest, the hinges on the door were so rusted we had to force the door closed when you use the bathroom. It’s very loud, we were on the 16th floor and we could hear the traffic going by below us all night. Unlike every other holiday Inn, I’ve stayed at, this one had no complementary coffee downstairs, they charge you $12.99 for breakfast, which is the same breakfast that I’ve always gotten free at every other Holiday Inn we’ve stayed at. You get paper plates and plastic silverware and walk through the line buffet style getting your own food, coffee and other drinks. And then they have the audacity to give you your receipt to sign and it asks for a tip on it, which they do nothing for. Seriously? The last thing I will say, if you’re going to have a coffee shop downstairs that says it opens at six then open at six not 630. Never again."

"The room size and it's location were excellent. But, on the second day there were small ants crawling. And on checkout day at 9:00 Am the air conditioner, microwave's power shutoff,as well as the toilet would not flush. So we left at 9:30Am. When checkout time 11Am."

"Unobsructed view and access to beach. Clean, comfortable bed. Not the cleanest otherwise and needed major repairs, BUT YOU ARE RIGHT ON THE BEACH!"

"Room had an ocean view and covered parking. The sliding glass door leading to the valcony looked like it had been broken in to multiple time and it didnt lock at all. Air conditioning worked as well as the heater. The orginal room we booked we couldnt get the door to open, even the manager couldnt get it opened so we got moved. There were some guest that were outside and yelling profanities until wee hours of the night that did wake us up. We just needed a place to lay our head because we got rained out camping so it served its purpose. The front desk guy that checked us in was phenomenal and very kind."

"My favorite place to stay when in Corpus it's clean, beautiful views, modern rooms friendly staff....outdoor swimming pool I'm definitely coming back thank you Hotel Deville for making my stay pleasant.... See y'all again soon"
