「The best thing about this hotel is its price. It is a lot cheaper than ones in the Zone1/2 area. 「Really enjoyed the hotel! The suite was large, and the balcony had a view of the Thames river. Marie was wonderful at the front desk. Gary was very helpfull for attractions.」

「The location is good. However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins. Besides, the housekeeper is impolite and he felt annoyed when my husband requested for the wrong item. 」

「The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.」

「The hotel room is truly small; larger people would have difficulty fitting between the wall and the bed to get in and out of bed. Good things about the room: nice quality sheets, pod-type coffee maker, tea kettle and refrigerator.
