There are a 2 main tourist areas in Hanoi and we are located at walking distance from some of the major sightseeing spots in Hanoi, like the famous Temple of Literature, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the One Pillar Pagoda. We are located only 15 mn away by car from the other main area of the city, the Old quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake. Nice hotel and conference venue
Stayed there for three nights for business trip and we were upgraded to executive rooms. The room itself is a bit old but still very spacy and clean. The lobby apparently has remodeled to be more modern. There's a outdoor pool but I didn't see anyone use it during my stay. The staff is helpful and we really love the traditional pho restaurant that they recommended. However, some minor complaints: 1. there are mosquitos in the lobby. 2. I paid USD 30 in cash for my USD 25 bill but the bartender insisted that I paid only 25. It's no big deal, only 5 dollar difference. I believe he made the mistake accidentally, not to cheat on purpose, but it's still not a nice experience.

everything is fine but dooeman
when i leave and need a taxi to the airport. the door man don't get a taxi for me instead he get me a private lame car and charge me as 370,000VND.....i didn;t think too much until i get into the car....so if you guys want to live here, the service is okay...but be more careful on the doorman!
