Terrible security issue and lousy car service
Terrible security issue. At the late night, one stranger just got into the hotel and followed my female colleague into the elevator, and almost followed her to the hotel room. There was someone at the reception but it just happened. After escalated this issue, hotel guys did not give us good answers, just said they will prevent that happens again. And when we are leaving, we booked the hotel car service to the hotel. It just delayed for almost 30 minutes. They just said it's because of traffic issue, and did not called and pushed the car aggressively. Anyway, although the hotel and other service are ok, but security should be the #1 priority. So I have to give this very low rating to this hotel. Never seen this kind of security issue happened in other hotels I stayed before. It is ridiculous.

多樣且在地化的早餐是本次入住最滿意的。
This is not a hotel near downtown, its better for business trip nearby.The lobby check-in services are good. They can help you and give you some guides. Room is just fine and acceptable. The room cleaner didn't make up the room quiet well, maybe I didn't leave enough tips for them. There's also an italian resterant in the hotel with delicious lunch and dinner. The most attractive part of the hotel to me maybe the breakfast buffet, besides lots of typical salads, fruits, beverages, ready cooked courses, dumplings, hot soup and breads, they also provide the omlette or traditional vietnam noodles on demand.

中心市街地からは離れていますが、快適なホテル
ずいぶん前からお世話になっているホテルです。雰囲気が良いです。ロビーとか部屋もいいのですが、地下のレストランの雰囲気はローマの隠れ家レストランに来た感じで、ハノイにいることを忘れます。客室は広々で、キッチンがついているユニットもあります。調度品はシンプルですが長いソファーがありがたいです。風呂は今回はシャワーのみですが、十分です。タオルも厚さがしっかりして快適。朝食はようしょく、和食、洋食、アジア食、普通ですが、おいしいです。フォーもあります。2階のレストランはメニューが複雑でベトナム初心者はなかなか注文がしにくいかと思います。給仕の方も英語が微妙なので、相談にのってくれるほどではないです。メニューを借りて、レセプションに行って、相談するといいと思います。ルームサービスは今回からセットメニューになっており（麺、ご飯＋おかず、または、コース）こっちの方が便利かもしれません。だいたい200k VNDで食べられます。インドシナセンターも徒歩圏内ですので、食事は困らないかもしれません。まあ、近所でバインミー身振り手振りで買って（レセプションで具の種類を紙に書いてもらうと便利です。私は肉のペーストと、卵でしたが、最高においしかった）、部屋で食べてもいいですけどね。この地区に用事があるのであれば、おすすめのホテルです。

Smiles all around except for one droplet of issue
Wonderful stay made happen with the great vietnamese hospitality from the conceirge and front desk staff. absolutely brilliant ! only issue i had was the bathroom - the tub was too deep and the water pressure from the shower was pathetic to the point of dripping and the ceiling above was leaking with droplets of water
