「We had a very comfortable room with en suite shower Everyone was very friendly We have been before and will come again Parking was very easy particularly as we were there on a Sunday Lots of shops nearby and easy access to Bused and tubes」

「No electricity in morning & the staff handled my case was not friendly. The room was very hot & recorded the temp 32 degree inside, could not sleep even had fan. Never choose it & not recommended to friends.」

「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new...

「Lovely pub. Nice friendly staff and locals, great choice of drinks and good food. I stayed for 3 nights making a weekend out of our (Wrexham's) away match at QPR and ate here twice. The rooms are very nice too with tea/coffee facilities. An interesting quirk - everything in my room was left-handed, the taps, switches, door, everything..」

「Stayed with the family (3 kids), hosts communicated very well, picking up the keys was easy (a shop around the corner), West Kensington was a 5 minute walk and the stay was quiet and comfortable. There's a few late night shops around and also a very nice breakfast and coffee place around the corner (a few doors down from where keys are collected) called Hazel which is lovely. Great stay overall. 」

「I have been going to London for over 40 years. I know my way around a d the various neighborhoods. This hotel and staff are the best I've had. Great breakfast ordered from a menu to start tha day. The roomsa are spacious with a coffee pod and kettle. Also a frig with mineral water is a nice bonus. Several tube lines within 10 minutes also. Lovely area near Holland Park. Rooms are quiet, no noise from the pub. No elevators though. Planning on coming back in November. Chicago Brian」

「We had a wonderful stay in the penthouse — it truly exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully laid out, with a fantastic private terrace that wraps all the way around. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and induction hob. Whether preparing a full meal, a quick snack, or simply heating something up, it made everything easy and convenient. The location couldn’t be better....
