「Friendly and helpful staff, very convenient for the Brighton Marina area (which was where I needed to be). A large Asda supermarket, and a ton of restaurants in easy walking distance. Good, frequent, GBP 2 bus service into Brighton itself if that's where you need to be. 」

「Two days for a birthday weekend in Brighton. Really nice little hotel, clean rooms, well-located for all the main attractions and plus a cosy bar. Friendly staff. Perfect and just what we wanted」

「It's quite good for my stay. I stayed in a room in the top floor. The staircase is a bit narrow, so you will find it more convenient if you don't have a big suitcase. The location is great. It's close to attractions in Brighton. I parked my car in the main street and just walked to the attractions.」

「The owner was honest, helpful and informative on our arrival the rooms were clean and tidy and the restaurant and bar areas were nice and comfortable. The pub is only about 15 minutes drive away from Lewes train station which takes you to either Brighton or Eastbourne it was ideal for us has we were there for the football at Brighton. 」

「We put all our towel in bath tub & supposed to have new towels on second day. But the housekeeper just put back all our used towels(mixed up our towels) in position. We then asked the reception for change of new towels but then the housekeeper didn’t change them, just tidy them again. However we recognised that they were our used towels again. Besides, all the facilities in bath rooms are outdated, really needed renovation! Really disappointed as they are not budged hotel & the rooms...

「Food and service excellent, restaurant rather tired as was furniture in bedroom, beds were good though. Bar was wellcoming and lounge, bar and restaurant were spacious. Enjoyed the two night visit.」

「The location of hotel is good and you can find various shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars just around. The view outside is nice as you can see the sea at a walkable distance. You can also enjoy a coffee and breakfast at the cafe at beach. The indoor design is warm. However the heater did not provide enough heat and the hot water supply at bathroom is not stable. There is no lift and you may evaluate if you can take a big luggage upstairs although I guess you can ask for a room at lower...

「房間窗口對住大型垃圾運輸站，一開窗臭氣熏天，要求換房間，安排了我們由309換成306的，但306一樣正對著垃圾運輸站，酒店說沒有其他房間了，很不滿意的一次住宿」
