Comfortable clean room with an unexpected seaview! Friendly staff & fantastic value for money. Only downside were the noisy delivery lorries at 5am so would recommend taking earplugs! Would definitely book again 👍😊
Lovely big room, sea view, close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast really great.

The room was basic and would benefit from redecorating, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was warm and the shower room was well appointed. Staff were good ; hotel is quirky but very well placed on the seafront. Great value, especially if you’re using it just for somewhere to stay after a show or event.
Mirrors & Tv would have been an improvement in 6 bed room
Marmite peanut butter or more savoury options for breakfast would have been nice. Pancakes and scones not fresh , otherwise breakfast quite good
Basic clean of room when staying longer than 1 night necessary
Otherwise lovely comfy beds & pillows
Lots of hot water & good water pressure
Very friendly helpful staff
An unusual & eclectic decor- attractive

As soon as you walk into the hotel there’s a really bad smell. The double room was an okay size. It had everything you need but no tv which wasn’t good. The furniture was run down. The hotel has no parking but parking isn’t an issue as there’s parking a few minutes away. The staff was good.

Great location with lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Receptionists were helpful and friendly. Not your standard breakfast but good choice and nice to have something different
Didn’t have the breakfast, but the hotel itself is very convenient. We had the 3 bed room and it was perfect for our needs. Room was clean. Bathroom in good condition and it is so central you are in the centre of Brighton in less than 15 mins walk.
If I had to pick a negative, there are dormitory type rooms as well and one was opposite our room which meant people coming and going at all times of the night, but it is only a door opening and shutting, so a small negative when you look at its location and the nice room. Would happily go there again.
Great place for a solo traveler looking for a comfortable bed in a hostel type environment,

Clean room, lovely hot shower (just need to run it for a little while, but then super!). Nice location. Staff on duty 24/7. Quirky decor throughout. The front needs a repaint, but the salt-air must be a challenge to keep things maintained.

Room and bathroom were spotless - I was here for two nights and although quite windy outside due to being right by the beach, the decor was lush and cosy! The bed was so comfy that I melted right into it. No problems with the shower either, water pressure is comfortable not too strong or weak..
I would add an extra chair for dining, especially if there are two travellers (my boyfriend was with me).
Little bit older by nice to stay for one night. Close to the beach parking place and city center

The hotel had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. Very good location, walkable from the train station and right on the front and the room rate was good from Brighton.
The shower wasn't that great, possibly because I was on the 4th floor
