「Lovely staff - so thoughtful and accommodating! I arrived early, coming immediately from a very long & tiring international flight. 「Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.」

The staff went above and beyond especially when we brought my son back after surgery.
