Can’t fault this hotel at all. I travel a lot to and from Gatwick and it’s my 2nd stay here, wouldn’t stay anywhere else now. Excellent all round service for a very reasonable price

Far away from airport, the check-in machine is no working, but the lady staff seems like don’t want to work when she help me to check in. The shampoo made hair dry. Room is clean.

Staff were really helpful and friendly Room was well designed making full use of the space Reception are and bar was quirky, well stocked and welcoming Breakfast was hot good quality and each otem not overstocked, and replenished regularly so croissant were crisp, as were hash browns. Shower poweful Huge tv in room too Finally bed was nice and firm and the blackout bl8nds worked a treat
