「Very clean. Staff excellent.」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「This hotel is not what I was expecting. I have a list of cons. First there are no cameras in the hallway or the elevator which is a red flag. Second, they have number lock doors and give you a 10 digit access code to type in. We are in the year 2026. Every other hotel has cards that you tap to get into rooms so this was a major inconvenience. Third, the moment we entered the hotel room we could tell it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly.
