「I recently stayed at this hotel in Montreal, and while the location was fantastic—right near all the major attractions—the decor was also impeccable; everything looked stunning. 「Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere...

「I would stay here again. Secure. Good neighbourhood. Dogs everywhere! Good bakery around the corner. Easy walk to Old Montreal. Room was nicely laid out and very quiet. Comfortable good quality bed. Great bathroom! Enjoyable stay!」

「Clean environment」

「The hotel was in a great location, easy paid underground paid parking. The hotel staff are nice and welcoming. The restaurant in the hotel breakfast was very good and affordable. The bathtub clogged on the first day and mentioned it to the housekeeping and she informed the front desk and they sent maintenance guys to fix it immediately, which was really good. Overall we had a great time at the hotel and lots of different restaurant around like walking distance to get food and drinks. Also...

「酒店比較舊，浴缸及洗手盤的去水有問題，後來發現是有大量頭髮在去水位導致淤塞。停車場出口需要入代幣，但在check-in 時職員查問有沒有車時也沒有告知。」
