Staff were very accommodating as we had flight issues and delays and had to delay our check in. Amenities are as described and kept up well, building felt quite secure and is centrally located to many wonderful parts of downtown Montréal. Had no trouble with housekeeping services and washroom was exceptionally clean for a hotel, water pressure is a little low but that is to be expected. Staff were nice in every interaction we had. Would stay again and recommend to family

Great location - short easy walk from the train station and 2 Metro lines. 10 minute walk to Vieux Port. Nice to have a swim & hot tub after long days of walking around town. Room was comfortable and quiet.

Very disappointing stay. The heater in our room was not working during the night of February 27–28, in the middle of winter, leaving the room freezing cold. We had to sleep wearing our winter coats and my mother woke up with back pain after a terrible night. We reported the issue and a technician said the heater was “functional,” yet the room was clearly cold and nothing was fixed that night. The next evening the heater was suddenly working, which made the situation even more frustrating. On top of that, the TV was not a smart TV (only basic channels) and there was no breakfast room service. Overall a very uncomfortable experience — I would not recommend.

Hotel itself was fantastic and so clean! Excellent lication! Walking distance to everything everything. The issue was the restaurant that is attached to the hotel - very expensive for what you get. Our breakfast was supposed to have ham and the ham that came was luncheon ham. As well, the menu item I ordered included Maple syrup (stated on the menu), I was charged extra for this and when I asked, the waiter argued with me saying that the menus hadn’t been updated yet. Very disappointing

My stay was excellent overall. The rooms were spotless, very clean, and well maintained. The service was great, and the staff were extremely helpful and professional throughout my stay. The only downside for me was the food delivery policy. When ordering from DoorDash or other delivery services, drivers were not allowed to bring the food up to the room. Orders had to be left in the lobby on a chair or table, and guests had to go down to pick them up. I found that part a bit inconvenient and annoying. Aside from that, everything else was very positive and enjoyable.
