「Everything was perfect! The breakfast was amazing! Upon arriving i was greeted with the most kind and friendly lady at the front desk she was amazing! 」

「My room can hear some certain sounds of the machine starting up every ten minutes...no idea where it came from. Others were good. Breakfast was good enough. 」

「This hotel is a total joke! I had a reservation. I arrived and was intially told that they were "overbooked". I asked where they were going to get me a room at another hotel. I was told they were not going to because it was "not their fault" but a "glitch in their system". My opinion: If it was their system which had a "glitch", then they are responsible for it! Anyway, front desk staff, while pleasant, was no help at all. There was no attempt to notify me of the "overbooking glitch" before I...

「The kitchen worked well for me as I had have to make all my meals. It was clean including the refrigerator. I don't have an opinion on the breakfast since I never took a meal. The bathroom has paint peeling on the ceilings and door to the bedroom as well. Rust stains under the toilet and the caulking was poorly done. Plenty of towels, the bed was very comfortable, two tv’s was a nice touch. The desk clerk asked how my stay was and when I said it was good he immediately asked what could be better...

「The room was well sized for a handicapped person. However, the shower was confusing because it was impossible to turn off the overhead shower and only use the handheld resulting in water going everywhere. The toilet was far too low for a wheelchair individual. The handicapped bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Otherwise, everything was excellent and what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express which is where we always stay when traveling.」

「This was our first stay at an Extended Stay and probably our last. The hotel has no amenities. Nothing in the kitchen. No plates, forks, knives, nothing. No warm breakfast. Get that at even the cheap hotels.」
