「Everything was perfect! The breakfast was amazing! Upon arriving i was greeted with the most kind and friendly lady at the front desk she was amazing! 」

「Clean, well-maintained, quiet, good location. Bed was large but uncomfortable with plastic covering on the mattress under sheet that made noise with every move. Staff member was very nice and helpful over the phone, but no staff members were available in person for late check-in (approximately 9:30pm). Also, no staff members were available at check-out (approximately 10am). 」

「This hotel is a total joke! I had a reservation. I arrived and was intially told that they were "overbooked". I asked where they were going to get me a room at another hotel. I was told they were not going to because it was "not their fault" but a "glitch in their system". My opinion: If it was their system which had a "glitch", then they are responsible for it! 「The room was well sized for a handicapped person. However, the shower was confusing because it was impossible to turn off the overhead shower and only use the handheld resulting in water going everywhere. The toilet was far too low for a wheelchair individual. The handicapped bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Otherwise, everything was excellent and what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express which is where we always stay when traveling.」
