"Because of a business trip, we booked a total of 2 rooms and stayed for 5 days, a total of 10 nights. The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and provided detailed explanations and assistance when answering inquires. However, when staying at a hotel, the most important thing is a comfortable stay, especially since business trips are tiring. In the room I stayed in, the trash bin in the bathroom its plastic liner replaced for three consecutive days. On one of the nights when I returned, as soon as I opened the room door, the room was filled with a strong, pungent disinfectant smell — an unpleasant chemical odor.
