「Great staff」

「Great hotel visit to see family, nice room, good breakfast, kids loved pools, was cold though, no hot tub. 」

「The room was clean, the furniture in the room and bath were not generic hotel type. 」

「I stay here quite often as the location is great for my in between travels. My rooms vary, and they're nice for on a budget. I appreciate that. Traditional waffle breakfast and they have an entertainment room.」

「I have stayed at the property across the street twice in inclement weather as I travel to New London for work. I have their rewards points however the option for Quality Inn appeared and was less expensive so I decided ti give them a try. Glad I did!」

「Breakfast wasn't the greatest and make sure the tvs are working. Everything else was acceptable. Staff was great and very pleasant and accommodating. 」

「138 USD a day, and they charged me 200 USD when I left. I stayed for 9 days and they never cleaned the room once!」

「Had to wait for the night clerk to come to the desk. I kept looking and calling out but it took forever to get help. Once there it was a smooth easy process. Looks like they are remodeling most of the 2nd floor. Desk chair was pretty thread bare but comfortable. Bed was amazing 」
