「Very nice room」

「The room was very nice, my husband loved the soap in the shower. My only complaint was the wait at the front desk to check in. 」

I do want to note that the room we booked did not have a microwave but they do have one in the “kitchen/dining” area on the main level in the lobby. The staff were wonderful & accommodating when things began to go wrong for myself & my daughter’s trip the front desk manager kept a level head and calm demeanor which helped me to calm myself as well. 「We didn’t stay. False advertising. You already know that. And refused to refund my money. There is no way the pictures are of this motel that are advertised. Which is called false advertising. And we never stayed. We walked in, and walked right back out. And Expedia should back us. We called Expedia right away , and told them the condition of the motel. There is no way the pictures online were of this motel. No way!!!」
